NIHR Clinical Research Network West of England are pleased to extend an invitation to “Inclusivity Unleashed,” a face-to-face event focused on cutting-edge cancer research with an emphasis on moving towards equity of access, innovative delivery and accelerating cancer research opportunities for our patients in the Southwest. This event aims to address the existing disparities in research experiences among different demographic groups and ensure advancements for all.
Our vision
To foster inclusive research that bridges the gap between diverse communities, enabling equal access to early cancer detection, the latest research and innovations including cancer vaccines and novel therapy combinations. Our distinguished speakers include those working with under-served communities who will share their valuable knowledge and experiences. They will discuss effective ways to engage new communities and improve outreach efforts.
Aims and objectives

- Acquire insights, knowledge, and tools to facilitate research conversations.
- Accelerate inclusive delivery of cancer innovations.

This event is open to anyone interested in cancer research, including clinicians, allied health professionals, academic researchers, early career researchers, community leaders, research champions and patient advocates.
Submit a poster
We invite attendees to submit a poster related to the conference themes:
- Earlier diagnosis of cancer.
- Reaching new communities.
- Innovation and acceleration in cancer research.
