SWAG Cancer Alliance Neighbourhood Cancer Care Co-Design Events
Help Shape the Future of Neighbourhood Cancer Care
Are you involved in supporting people affected by cancer?
The SWAG Cancer Alliance is bringing together healthcare professionals, community organisations, patients, carers and local partners to help design the future of Neighbourhood Cancer Care across the Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon and Gloucestershire.
As cancer care increasingly moves closer to home, we want to hear from the people who know their communities best.
Together, we will explore:
- What great neighbourhood cancer care should look like
- The priorities and actions needed to make neighbourhood cancer care happen
- How patients, carers and communities can shape future services
Through presentations, interactive workshops and facilitated discussions, you’ll have the opportunity to share your expertise, experiences and ideas.
Who should attend?
- Healthcare professionals, clinicians and NHS leaders (primary and secondary care)
- Representatives from Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)
- Local authority and social care colleagues
- Voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations
- Patients, carers and people with lived experience of cancer
- Community representatives and local partners
